alcatel X230 modem issue

Hi,

I've got an Alcatel USB X-230 modem. Although I can install it correctly, after installing it and opening the program HSPA USB MODEM, it gives me the error No device detected. I am using the same device on my Windows machine and its working fine.

I use a Mac Book Air 2015.

Could someone provide with the solution for this?
